Kashaya Basti

Kashaya Basti comes from Sanskrit, where “Kashaya” means herbal decoction and “Basti” means enema therapy.  It is a cleansing Ayurvedic procedure in which a warm, medicated herbal decoction is administered into the colon (large intestine). This treatment helps remove deep-seated toxins, balances Vata dosha, and alleviates conditions like arthritis, sciatica, obesity and chronic constipation. It also supports detoxification, improves digestion, and enhances overall vitality and immune strength.
