Greeva Basti

Greeva Basti comes from Sanskrit, where “Greeva” means neck and “Basti” means retaining or pooling. It is a localized Ayurvedic therapy in which warm, medicated oil is gently pooled around the cervical (neck) region inside a herbal dough ring.

This treatment relieves neck pain, stiffness, and tension while improving blood circulation and flexibility. Regular sessions help ease cervical spondylosis, reduce muscle spasms, and promote overall spinal and nervous-system health.
