Ishtika Sweda

Ishtika Sweda comes from Sanskrit, where “Ishtika” means brick and “Sweda” means sudation or sweating therapy. In this treatment, a heated clay brick wrapped in cloth is applied to the body to provide localized steam and warmth. The gentle heat relieves muscle stiffness, Aama Vaata (Rheumatoid Arthritis), calcaneal spur, osteophytes, improves circulation, and helps reduce pain or swelling in joints and soft tissues. Regular sessions promote relaxation, support detoxification through sweating, and enhance flexibility and mobility.
