Agni Karma

Agni Karma comes from Sanskrit, where “Agni” means fire and “Karma” means procedure or action. It is a therapeutic Ayurvedic technique that uses controlled application of heat—typically with a specialized metal rod (Shalaka) to specific points on the body. This treatment helps relieve chronic pain, joint disorders, wart removal, skin tags, calcaneal spur, corn removal, migrane and muscle stiffness by improving blood flow and reducing inflammation. When performed by a trained Ayurvedic physician, it also supports faster healing of certain musculoskeletal conditions and provides long-lasting pain relief.
