Aschottana

Aschottana (also spelled Aschyotana) comes from Sanskrit, where “Asch” means to pour and “Chotana” means to cleanse, referring to therapeutic eye washing or medicated eye drops.
 In this treatment, fresh herbal decoctions or medicated liquids are gently instilled into the eyes. It helps relieve burning, redness, itching, and irritation caused by dust, pollution, or prolonged screen time.
